Seborrheic Dermatitis; Curable or Manageable?

Hey Guys!!!

I know I have been MIA for sometime now, will explain what i  have been up to in another post (trust me if i start to talk…..no end) I shared my scalp problems with you guys in a previous post, Haven’t read?  I’ll insert a link over here https://wp.me/p99Ve1-5Q

Its been over a month since i posted that, so i decided to do an update in this post. I didn’t completely ditch my wigs during the process because again i’m a lazy natural and i just wasn’t ready to style my hair everyday, however i did change my hair regimen, started washing  my hair every week (so unlike me….i know!!)

Natural Hair Regimen

On a typical wash day, I shampoo my hair with Black soap, rinse with Apple Cider Vinegar, condition with Cantu, coat my scalp with Sulfur 8  (i leave no area of my scalp bare…..lol!!!) Then i just moisturize the rest of my hair with my secret DIY moisturizer (i will be spilling the tea on that soon). On a daily basis, i moisturize my scalp with the Sulfur 8 and a mixture of coconut and castor oil.

Honestly (CardiB voice), this regimen works 100%, I cant say anymore than that. Itching stopped, scalp flakes are gone as well, all thanks to the Holy Grail product; Sulfur 8.

Do i think Seborrheic Dermatitis is curable? Yes it is. I do however think if you do not take care of your scalp after the treatment phase its going to bounce back (Trust me you do not want that).

Comment below if you’ve had scalp issues and how you treated it or how your going treat it.

  1. That sounds like a lot of product going in your hair everyday. Is it working for you so far though? I’m also a lazy natural so most times I moisturise and leave it with that “unkempt” look. Care to share a picture of your hair?

    1. its actually not a lot of product, for my scalp issues i’m willing to add moreeee, lool, but its working, sulfur 8 rili works and promotes growth too. i will add more pictures of my natural hair, i actually have two pictures in my “I have Seborrheic Dermatitis” post. When you leave your hair in that look doesn’t it break? i tried it for a week my hair was matted and tangled.
